OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7Pro got Android 10 updates back in september but the first 5G device of OnePlus, the OnePlus 7Pro is still stayed on older version of OxygenOS based on Android Pie, but now OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau reported that OnePlus will get the Android 10 update in the 1st quarter of 2020. He also reported about the delay of android 10 update for OnePlus 7Pro 5G smartphone.
On the official OnePlus forum CEO Pete Lau explained that OnePlus has had to feature the system optimisation from fundamental system architecture so that it's users can get the best experience.He further said that doing so was a challenging and time-taking task as well that's why there is delay in providing the Android 10 to OnePlus 7 Pro 5G handset.
The whole process of upgrading the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G to Android 10 was so much challenging and time-taking task which wouldn't be possible with OnePlus partners Qualcomm and Wireless Operators. Pete Lau promised that in this new 5G era OnePlus will overcome from all these obstacles And will provide the latest possible operating system for all the OnePlus 5G smartphones.
